This is a beautifully hand embroidered and framed sketch based on the famous 'Pollyanna' character. It is wonderfully naive in its subject matter and the colours are bright and clear with no sign of fading. Attached to the back is a dedication from the original gift, referring to a ruby wedding anniversary in 85.
